Karl Dickson is Co-founder of Out of the Scrum LTD.

 

He is currently a professional referee with the RFU.

 

He played professional rugby for Harlequins and Bedford. During his 8 year career at Harlequins he was capped 169 times and won the Premiership Cup, Amlin Cup and the LV Cup.

He was selected for the England Tour of South Africa in 2012 where he replaced his brother in their victory over the South African Barbarians.

 

Karl has a degree in Sports Science and is a level 2 rugby coach. He has coached at Reeds School and St Johns Leatherhead, where he specialised in individual and small group coaching. Karl has also gained a lot of experience from coaching at all levels over the years.
