Lee Dickson is Co-founder of Out of the Scrum LTD.

He is currently MASTER IN CHARGE OF RUGBY at Barnard Castle School.

He played professional rugby for Newcastle Falcons Northampton Saints and Bedford Blues and during his 9 year career at Northampton Saints he was capped 256 times and won the Premiership, Saints Cup, the Amlin Cup twice and the LV Cup twice.

He has also been capped 18 times by England making his debut against Scotland at Murrayfield in 2012. He has also been capped once for England 7s playing in the Twickenham leg of the series.

Lee is a level 2 rugby coach. He has work as a rugby coach for the past two years at Bedford Morden school. where he coached kids ranging from the ages of 5 to 18 in small groups a well as individual one on one coaching . He has also gained a lot of experience from coaching over the years in local schools around the Northampton area through the Saints community.

This coaching experience and passion 'sparked' an idea with his brother Karl to start up a coaching platform OUT OF THE SCRUM.
